About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, versatile, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can produce engaging visuals across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder — skilled at designing banners, ads, social media posts, and campaign assets — while also bringing fresh ideas with AI-driven tools for content creation and video editing. Content creation & UI/UX knowledge are a plus, but the main focus of this role is on graphic design and creative content production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design banners, ads, social media posts, infographics, and campaign visuals for digital and print use.
  • Develop engaging layouts and creative assets for marketing, branding, and communication needs.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs.
  • Create and edit videos using AI-powered tools for ads, campaigns, and social platforms.
  • Leverage AI tools for graphic design, content creation, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
  • Stay updated on design trends, AI design innovations, and new creative tools.
  • Manage multiple design projects at once with strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Support UI/UX tasks for websites and apps when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, After Effects, etc.), Canva, and Figma/Sketch.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools for content creation, design, and video editing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design projects (ads, banners, posts, campaigns, etc.).
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory, layouts, and responsive design principles.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
  • UI/UX experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Workdays: Monday – Friday
  • Work Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT (Night Shift)
