About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our company’s social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in content design, campaign planning, analytics, and community management, with hands-on knowledge of tools like Canva. This role requires a self-starter with strong creative instincts, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar.
  • Design engaging posts, reels, stories, and pins using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize both paid and organic social media campaigns.
  • Conduct post-performance analysis to identify trends, measure growth, and refine strategies.
  • Research and implement new social media trends and strategies to boost engagement.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly to build strong community relations.
  • Shoot or record original content (photos, videos, reels, stories) for use across platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for campaign alignment and content planning.
  • Multitask effectively to manage multiple accounts, pages, and campaigns simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Social Media Management.
  • Strong design skills with Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools.
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and evolving trends.
  • Proven experience in post-performance analysis, reporting, and growth tracking.
  • Excellent creativity, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking ability to handle multiple projects, pages, and platforms at once.
  • Experience in campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to shoot, record, and edit basic photo/video content.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience as a content planner.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Workdays: Monday – Friday
  • Work Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT (Night Shift)
